[BC] NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULE MAKING - Revitalization of the AMRadio Service

This is absurd...with the possible exception of MDCL. It appears the proposed AM changes will decrease coverage when, in fact, the Commission should be going in the other direction, given the reality (as they admit) of increasing noise levels.

Andy Ring and Ted Craven of the FCC, in 1936, proposed blanket power increases as a solution. They saw this coming. That was 77 years ago.

This whole proceeding seems directed to helping the poor broadcasters, not the listeners.

"Revitalization of AM" indeed. Using "FM" as a way to save "AM?" Still seems to me to be a view down Alice's Rabbit Hole.

(Ducking...)
