Ed: Choice example! Enjoyed it. I have hung-up on numerous 'managers' in
my time in the various career slots I've had. I figure if they want to fire
me in the middle of a crisis, so much the better! But they never have.

We BC engineers could probably contribute anecdotes and compile a book of
a..hole GMs we've suffered under.

My big question always is: how do such people impress owners in order to
rise in an organization but have so little understanding of the nature of
people or machines? I have never understood it. Sometimes you must need to
be rude to some of them.

Regards/J

>He got a damn right you are affirmation of that. That GM had needed that
reality check for a long time coming.
