[BC] Tower rent question

I would gladly take that on the ATC owned stick we rent. The three FM's
on this 500ft self-supporter pay ATC some $30K/mo. for much smaller
antennas (two bay, four bay, and a panel) and we pay our own
electricity. Collectively $50K/mo. total. (True, we have our own
exclusive cooled TX rooms too...never the less.)

If this station has electricity included in the rent, the tower rent is
just short of free at the new site and was free at the old site. This
beggar can't be choosy as I'd be shooting for $2.50/ft. vertical,
$0.13kw/hr, $100/mo. per rack and some other fee for the TX size...in
any market.
