[BC] Repacking the TV band

[Powell Way]

It's really too bulky to put up in the living room. It's a stacked 
Conical from 1982 NOS!  I tried one section and it picked up the UHF HD 
stations almost as good as my UHF antenna. I had toyed with putting it 
up but the large tree out front has some branches that might get it. A 
conical should work well, as it's fairly broad and only moderately 
directional.
