Points well-made, Rob.  What galls me about SoundExchange is that many
stations have no idea how many listeners there are in their audience; they
never could afford a $20K Arbitran rating survey.  So now what's a dinky
little 1KW Podunk Hollar, AR, daytimer supposed to do, huh?
