Yes, but their fees for Interet streaming are nothing compared to 
those of SoundExchange, which wants some fraction of a penny per song per 
listener, regardless of revenue.

I wonder how much longer Ibiquity's patents have to run. They will some 
day run out, unlike the copyrights represented by SoundExchange, 
which are to all intents and purposes permanent, as Congress keeps 
extending them.
