What about ASCAP, BMI, and SESAC??!!  The latest is 1.7% of adjusted gross revenue!  Plus another completely separate set of fees for Internet streaming!!  Several station owners I know are planning to rebel and stop playing music.  Ibiquity is playing the same little game, and I strongly believe that strategy is going to backfire in all of their faces.  It'll be a cold day in Hell when I'll share a tax return for this reason.  Banks, IRS, other bona fide government entities -- sure -- but not this bunch.
