[BC] Florida transmitter site damaged

I find it interesting there is no back-up site licensed.  Rather they 
probably are using the in-town night site.  I also find it interesting 
the day pattern has the null strategically sitting just to the east of 
the COL.  Go out of town to the east and the station goes away.
