[BC] Off air more than 10 days

Our LPFM at the University had a water leak from the ceiling that did a good job of flooding the 
mixer and automation.  We are also now the owners of a very wet carpet.  I pulled the power to
everything and disconnected the mixer (removed it from the water flowing from the ceiling).

The maintenance people tore the ceiling apart and stopped the leak but now they have to repair the ceiling.
We are in summer break and the students will not return for another 8 weeks so I have time
to fix this.  However, it will definitely be off the air for more than 10 days.  What form do I file
with the FCC?
