Thanks guys..
  I need to hook up a Mod monitor   , I think the audio is a bit low to my ears.
 howevre.. It was a dirty  ribbon plug  causing mute mode no 2 volts at R-16 on the OSC board. and R27 drive  needed to be tweaked..
 It came p with 1 kw at 12 amps.. also the output N connetor on top has a Broken Center Pin will need to replace it..
 This is for one of my Ham projects  at least it woke up and now giving RF output.
