[BC] Directional Antenna Proofs - Ground systems.

OK, here it is from the horse's mouth:

"If he is talking about non-directional, try WGCM, 1240 kHz, Gulfport, 
Mississippi and KVML, 1450 kHz, Sonora, California. New sites, 
absolutely no copper in the ground. WPCI, 1490, Greenville, South 
Carolina has an elevated system over a destroyed buried ground system, 
no connection to wires in the ground. All three have four elevated 
radials 90 degrees long and 0.024 wavelength AGL.
  I believe they are all accessible in CDBS."  Not aware of any DAs.

I believe these were consulted by Wm.C.;  I infer from the link 
previously provided that there may be at least one other by Beveridge 
since he authored the paper.............
