I think the project needs some re-thinking. Streaming uncompressed audio
on the open Internet can be fraught with problems.
Of the two devices listed, Comrex is a safer choice.
I would also look at the Worldcast/APT Silver stream which is generally
in the same price class. It uses special technology to provide redundant
data streams to better leverage the Internet architecture, provide
redundancy, and mitigate packet loss.
