#1 Not so.  The translator of an HD-2 can be fed directly just like AM's.

#3  In the station's case here, it's moot as the translator is direct fed.

#5...HUH???  There has been no FCC moratorium.

Now...that siad, if I were to net make $100K on the HD channel, I have no
problem playing Ibiquity their dues. The problem is they want 3% of gross
revenues and a review of the company's tax reports and financial
statements.  All of which makes it far more difficult to justify.
