With CAP here now, would anyone have any of the older systems that may soon
be trashed that we can get and install in a few local shelters, fire
departments and other places of safety? We're working with our local EMA and
have managed to get the community on-board for a pretty impressive setup if
only the $$$ was there... (After several hundred deaths due to tornadoes
last year, people seem to be much more receptive to such ideas.)
