[BC] Transmission is more than just 50 kW

I, and two other engineers in CT, all designed and installed our own
transformerless audio input boards for the Vanguard II. They had RF and
audio feedback to stabilize the output. My two Vanguards easily beat an MW-1
at 1200 Watts output with at least +130% average modulation! One thing many
Vanguard engineers did not realize was that the exciter power transformer
was factory strapped for 240 VAC. Retapping for the more common 208 VAC gave
you plenty of headroom.
