This is fine if you know what you want.  I remember being able to browse
through a number of publications such as the Radio Service Bulletins before
finding what I wanted.  In the end I managed to scan most of them and OCR
them into a text file.  The FCC Library also had/has a complete set of
Broadcasting Yearbooks.  There were many other historical radio books and
documents in the FCC Library that I never got a chance to explore.
