The FCC hasn't been on M Street for at least a decade. They are at the
Portals (12th & Maryland Ave SW). Now it is much more difficult to get to the
Public Reference Room as security at the entrance is airport grade. The FCC
Library is no longer available to the public. Some really old documents are
stored in a warehouse in Suitland, MD.
