Actually, there is no place in the country without high speed Internet  
access, it's just that some people and some companies (stations) don't  
want to pay for it.

Wild Blue and Hughes are available everywhere.

I actually pay more than either of them cost, but I do have 20-25  
Mbps, and of course they are not that fast.
