I know the Sage's do. You can set them up for "timed delay" during hours
when there is someone available and have the programmed to automatically
switch to "automatic relay" at a specific time as well as to switch back to
"timed delay" when someone will be available, again.

In the case of EAN, TOR, FFW and any other specific message of your
choosing, they can be set to "immediate relay" at all times. I would be
extremely amazed if others did not have these capabilities - with the
exception of the infamous (but ever so popular because of price) Hollyanne
junk.
