Good morning Sir: 

What do you think of Red Light Cameras and have you and developed any
defenses? A motorist received a summons in Newark NJ for a red light
violation, but the policeman directed that person through the intersection.
The summons was dropped in court. I've seen lights change either so quickly
or when a vehicle is in the intersection and the motorist get fined...the
prosecutor/ judges relied on picture proof.  Any person can doctor film or
digital media and cover their tracks. You might say the Constitution is
dead/dying...that can't be because it's only a document.  Thank you, your
