Sorry. My fault. What I meant to say was:

"As soon as at least one manufacturer will see that is is indeed possible to
include the same decoder circuits found in the (under $35.00) weather radio
recievers in a receiver that is designed to monitor AM and FM broadcast
stations, EAS will be the single most useful means of getting emergency
information out to the public without "skipping over" the broadcaster as a
vital link in the chain."
