[BC] Harris HT3.5 tuning issue

I've had considerable difficulty in obtaining the correct parts for FM3.5K
and FM5K cavities. There were a number of revisions and versions, hence
different physical sizes for the manufactured parts that Harris build
in-house. After a bad experience in St. Maarten, I shipped the parts I
needed exact replacements for to Harris with the intention of avoiding any
possible confusion regarding the exact dimensions, etc. They still got it
wrong :-(
The binding can be anywhere from the FP knob assembly to the right angle
gear boxes to the threaded rod/contact bar. You really need two people to
see exactly where the problem(s) is. One non-technical person can be in from
turning the knob while you watch from the rear.
