External interlock is A23TB-14 and -18  ( remote interface card )
short to activate 300 Volt circuit.

A safer way to test is to disconnect the AC from the big transformer,  
and then jumper  ( A heavy duty clip lead will work )
the 30 volt capacitor (+) to the 300 Volt capacitor.

Then, you can open all the doors / open up the shorting bars and play safe.
