We already thought of that. But we don't have a program channel available
on the T1. Everything on the program cards is otherwise tied up.

FWIW, we have off-air receiver backfeeds from both sites. It's when the
T-1's fail to either that we need 100% confidence monitoring and that's
best done by a receiver off-air.
