[BC] Switching Cell Phone Carriers

There was a 2 tower DA that was replacing its aging towers. Holes were dug
for the new bases and anchors. The local inspector was called prior to
pouring concrete. He arrived and informed the owner that no permit was filed
and the holes had to be filled in, a permit applied for, holes redug, etc.
This was in the fall. Work could not resume until the Spring.....(Not one of
my clients).
