 If you know that the penalty is so severe, would you risk
 being caught even by a fluke accident ?

 I don't know if it was real, or just another of those urban legends, 
 but I know I read it somewhere some years ago.
 What I noted mostly, as compared to our country, is a total and
 complete lack of criminal rights when dealing with crime, rightly
 or wrongly.
 Trust me, I'd pay extra for non-alcoholic mouth wash.
