   The only thing that I can think of is the capacity between the handles and the other items in the 
cavity enclosure.  If that is a problem the manufacture should indicate the correct position/s.
   I have never heard of the handles locations being a problem, but the "normal" way to install a 
"handled tube" is the way you hold it as you lower it into it's socket.  (left hand to the left of 
the right) The adjustable items would naturally be adjusted for the handles to set that way.
