With the GSC3000, at least two seats of Lynx licenses are paid for at purchase.
Download the latest build, then call them for a seat authorization. The seats are
per installation. Since you have no current known seats running, that should get
you a license. What computer is monitoring the device if any, or are you using the
dial up interface only. Do you have the web add-on box?
 You most likely will need to connect local to do the cals and such.
