The only entity "getting away with" something in the case of
the public file and, now, the new "No Urban/No Hispanic"
discrimination disclaimer .... is the FCC.

Ancient anecdotes aside, the FCC's enforcement bureau is
nothing more than bagmen for the welfare state. 
 

Welcome to the USA!!! Not the welfare state though - actually it is the war
state. We have to pay for all these wars - and not only the ones offshore,
useless ones like the 'war on terror' and the 'war on drugs' on our shores.

Did you read about this? France has found a *very* simple way of *eliminating*
DUIs! Effective July first, *all* motor vehicles must have a breath starter
device that all drivers must use. They are going to enforce it starting
November first. I predict a *huge* drop in drunk driving there (and deaths
too!).

Guess what? This will *never* happen here! Why? because it isn't *about* the
deaths or injuries here that DUIs cause. It's about maintaining the DUI
*infrastructure!!*. It's about all those District Attorneys, lawyers, cops,
judges, fines, jails, court houses and 'education' programs that is financed
by that infrastructure. Fact is, DUIs and the drug war make up about 80% of
the whole law enforcement/court/punishment/prison *business*! If we did what
France is doing, not only would deaths and injuries drop, but so would the
need to *have* all this crap! 

Got it? 

It's not about deaths and injuries, it's about *money!!!!*. Billions of
dollars of money each and every year.

Don't kid yourself, the good 'ol US of A is *corrupt* to its very core!! 

And the FCC is too...they are traffic cops seeking 'revenue enhancement'!
