Same here in Illinois and Indiana. The ABIP program doesn't do anything for targeted inspections or those base on a complaint. It only pulls the station off the general inspection list.  However, it would be a bad presumption to theorize the inspector would leave upon seeing the ABIP certificate. The ABIP certificate show the station was compliant on that date.  What about in the succeeding time?If the inspector is there and it's been some time since the ABIP, it's not a stretch to do a casual inspection of the Station Log or Public File.  It's those causal inspections which can turn into something most intense at the drop of a hat.
