If you have skin in the game, let someone else report them.  The FCC 
will figure out who really is at fault as long as they have the 
frequency and location of the TX.  But make sure your operation is clean 
and compliant as your station might become a "while we were in the 
neighborhood" inspection destination given the attention focused on 
LPFM's of late.
