 Since you got a "letter from the public" methinks ( check with counsel )
 that you are required to keep that in your Public File.
 I might inform the complainer that the translator in question isn't yours,
 you have no connection with it, and are powerless to do anything about
 it even if you wanted to, and let it go.

 But, that's me.
 ( unless council advised me otherwise )
