The cable pinouts can be found in the PDF manual (which covers both models) in the documentation section of the Antex site.

IIRC they are both ISA or EISA cards, which may be of limited use because it has gotten difficult to find new motherboards with ISA/EISA slots. Even PCI slots are beginning to disappear, so I am purchasing only PCIe cards.
