[BC] Teaching Audio Production

Was asked about possibly teaching audio production at various grade levels, including college. 
 
Those of you who do so, what texts, either print, electronic or web aids, have you found useful?
 
The situations all involve classroom instruction and access to radio production facilities.  I expect to teach beyond radio, encompassing all the aspects of audio.
