Yeah 920 watts vertical  1 watt horizontal.  another 2 non coms around here 
are 6 kw vert  and 3 watts horiz.. at least in theory........ but most are 
just running the vert.

The practical reality here is that probably none of these, and even most 
c-pol FM stations radiates even close to the r.m.s. values of v-pol and 
h-pol ERP authorized by their FCC CP or license.

For example, mounting a v-pol "only" FM element or array on a structure of 
cross sectional dimension capable of supporting it converts some of that 
radiation to other polarizations, depending on the physical construction of 
the supporting structure and the physical location of the FM antenna 
element(s).

This same reality also affects the axial ratio of the radiation from most 
side-mounted, non-panel, "c-pol" FM elements and arrays.
