[BC] Bay spacing

My station license was issued in 1967 as vertical only, class D back
then, but is now a C2 vertical only due to a channel 6 interference
issue that existed 20 some years ago. That problem has since gone off
the air and be damned if i'm about to change anything since i really
go places that i shouldn't. (In the flat lands of MN, my 16.5kW ERP at
480ft gets about 80 miles on a good day, on a really good day 100+. If
i do anything to the station, i lose the vertical only since there's
no interference reasons anymore. And yes, it's a non-comm.)
