The hands down cheapest clocks are the ones used at unattended stations.
Now I have simplified the system for Contract engineers. Only Two arrival times vs. the traditional schedule book system.  I use "before lunch" or "round supper"
No matter where you are presently going, when the phone rings you are going to do the job. So enroute is the best answer.

Now I'm not mean but I will usually send a map feed and answer the first or second call.
When everyone local has my eta the best answer when other Time zones call is " bout 15 miles south of my last map stream the Bobs getting. hello helllo ...
My indepent clients are very patient and learn.
Now for great clocks that every one has, one of the old phones laying in the drawer. Some have great clocks and stay cesium synced even deactivated.
