Most already do, If you have a proper grounding system in place the 
electric ground was bonded to the RF and lightning ground, on 
installation. If not, you've likely experienced plenty of unnecessary 
damage over time.

PS railroad tracks, and electric grounds, do really do much to help 
propagation.
