The big joke about tha station when I worked there was that there was a two
foot wide path between Burrillville and downtown Providence tha never got
wet.

That station was originally proofed in a snowstorm and still only put 10 mV
into downtown Providence, RI.

The same for CT. I got a call years ago from the consultant tuning up the 50
kW 990 station in Greenville, RI asking if the conductivity could REALLY be
that low. In a word, YES!
