[BC] Main Studio: call for an appointment

There is a nearby station at 1400 kHz which doesn't even bother to run a computer into the transmitter.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WLLH  It just sits there dead, dumb, and happy all night long. I once thought there was some rule about a station ID required occasionally. Not anymore, I guess. Rules that are not enforced do not exist. I once heard that the Boston area FCC has to handle seven states and there is one man to do it. I guess New England broadcasters do take advantage when they can.
