I never really hung around the stations after they were built. So I can't speak for the practices of local management failing to keep the PF current. The fact they let it go for 11 years actually surprises me and they deserved the whack on that merit alone. It would also lead me to believe all their stations might be put on the inspection list given the depth and breadth of the violations. And their manner of operation would lead one to believe that if there's one bad apple in the bushel....

I'm not sure I'd like to see their number on my caller ID right now...
