[BC] Cumulus Chief Engineer Arrested For Stealing Equipment?

The contractor is committing a crime. This is a civil matter and needs to be
addressed in civil court. I am not an attorney, do not play one on
television and not attempting to dispense legal advice. I do, however,
advise placing a disclaimer on all invoices clearly stating payment terms
such as Net 30, interest rate and client responsibility for all reasonable
collection fees. Your attorney can best advise the proper wording.

I am sure we can all tell many stories on this topic.
