[BC] Cumulus Chief Engineer Arrested For Stealing Equipment?

So would I.  I've seen lots of stations where the entire equipment list would not add up to that amount.  But i've never been to that cluster and never heard of that guy,
 
There was a contractor up here years ago who would pull the final tubes and lock them in his trunk.  Then he would call the owner/GM and say get here with a check for what you owe me in a half hour, or I'm driving home.  Probably would not fly these days.
