United bought the exclusive commercial rights for RiB in the early 80's 
for something like 50 years. If anyone else is using RiB commercially, 
they're not licensed. United does their own production. So the 
performance royalty is moot.

Harris Bank (Part of the Bank of Montreal conglomerate) uses the World 
on String song, but I'm not sure if it's really Sinatra.  It sounds 
really close and the band is tight.  So it could be.  But it would have 
to be a really early recording.
