Well, that's PERHAPS plausible, but it should be obvious by about 13
seconds into the call as to the probable experience level of the caller. If
there is anything I despise more than someone who doesn't know as much as I
about (whatever the subject may be), telling me to do something that I know
isn't going to help resolve the problem, I don't know what it might be.
