[BC] Locked panels, Google Maps

I think the idea behind not locking electrical panels is to be able to
kill the power in case of fire or other emergency...
which is probably obsolete; most of the time, the fire department has
the utility cut the wires at the pole, if needed

I've done that a couple of times; they usually get back within one or
two business days. Last one I sent in was a mention that Orange Grove
Rd in Tucson is NOT a divided roadway, and left turns are possible from
it. They replied the next business day with a notice that they were
correcting the database.
Southeast Washington DC?
Would that be in the vicinity of Andrews AFB?
There may be National Security Issues, if so - especially since that's
the home of Air Force One...
Although I seem to be able to get pretty close from the web site /
street view...
