Peter,
Is there anything left of the Radio Australia International site at Darwin? I don't see it using Google Maps. As I recall, the site was on a peninsula. I visited the site in 1988 and we took a boat ride across the harbor. From there, we took a 13 mile bus ride to the transmitter site. I think the site was on Gunn's point. Not sure. Try as I might, I never found the site with Google Maps. So it's either gone, or blocked out.
