[BC] Poor customer support

I bought a bunch of HP Vectra computers for a group for which I was  
the DoE.

They worked GREAT.  I stayed with HP Vectra computers.

I needed a new computer at home.  I went into a big box store, instead  
of the HP business vendor, and bought an HP Pavilion machine.  I  
didn't realize the vast difference.

WHAT CRAP it was.  I had never returned a computer before.  I did  
return that one.

HP has, or had, two lines, the Vectra line of office or professional  
computers, and the Pavilion line of home or crap computers.

I just don't get it.  If you can build good computers, why build bad  
ones?

Then again, HP's customer service was always been first rate.  I can  
rail against bad customer service.  At the top is Comcrap, but others  
are right down there.
