[BC] How do people get Optimod Keys?

That sounds like CIncinnati Microwave.  They make Escort RADAR  
detectors and RADAR and LIDAR units for law enforcement.  They improve  
one, then the other, then back and forth so business keeps up.  I  
bought a Valentine One, and I am done since they will upgrade it.

I wasn't so surprised that he got inside the Optimod because I left a  
set of keys in the shop -- Allen Keys or hex keys.

I wondered how he got either the building key and transmitter room  
key, or the station's master key, which only three of us had.
