The FiOS installation at my house has not noticeably impeded any sort of 
RF reception... but I may not be the best test case, since my home's 
proximity to high-tension lines has historically caused issues from time 
to time.

However, the power supply that was installed in my garage, which is 
essentially a small UPS, does actually emit *audible* noise.

The FiOS service is very good.  But I'm very spoiled.  Anything less 
than my Gigabit Ethernet here at the office and I feel like a pauper.  A 
30Mbps cap just doesn't do it for me anymore.  :0
